Our Custom Lead Backed Drywall and Plywood Products

We offer lead backed drywall and plywood in over 17 different lead thicknesses. For heavy lead requirements, we use 1/2″ and 3/4″ thick fire retardant plywood and laminate the lead to the back side (stud side).

Ready to ship in 3 days
The standard size is 4 feet by 7 feet on an 8ft board. Optional up to 12 feet high on 12 foot board
The typical fabrication time is 2 days.
Available in 1/2″ non-rated and 5/8” fire rated drywall (5/8″ standard)
It includes one 2″ vertical batten strip per sheet for joints and 50 lead discs per sheet that can be placed over the screw heads
We have 11 standard lead thicknesses for lead lined drywall, ranging from 1/64″ (1#) to 1/4″ (16#)
We can fabricate lead lined plywood for heavier lead thicknesses ranging from 1/8″ (8#) to 2″ (120#)
Optional Mold Resistant or Abuse Resistant wall board
